Summit Hearth is a barrel-influenced Australian gin from Contours Distilling Co., gently rested on oak and finished with Rutherglen muscat. Tasting notes include dried fruit, honey, soft spice and juniper. Bottled at 40% ABV in 500ml. Made in Australia.
