Batch 7 | Spring 2025 Botanicals
Created in collaboration with Gladesville Happy Hens, this limited-edition small batch gin celebrates local ingredients, seasonal botanicals, and the community spirit behind the Henley Green Community Garden.
Distilled with traditional citrus notes and a distinctive selection of garden-grown botanicals, each batch reflects the changing seasons and the evolving character of the Henley garden.
For Batch 7, our Spring botanicals were picked late afternoon as the warmer nights began to arrive. This release retains the core botanicals of lemongrass, native mint bush, and lemon balm, with the addition of kaffir lime, tarragon, coriander, and Lisbon lemon.
After distillation, the gin was rested for six months and is now ready for release this Autumn.
Serve with a Mediterranean tonic, a twist of lime, and plenty of ice.
In keeping with the spirit of the project, we have taken another step towards reducing waste by moving from paper labels to small-batch direct printing on the bottle.
Handle with care — this bottle label, like the gin, may disappear quickly. Recycle the bottle thoughtfully.
