Mayor of Ryde Jerome Laxale visits the distillery
On Wednesday, (22nd April) we had Mayor of Ryde Jerome Laxale dropped by the distillery to chat to Cal about our production of Hand Sanitiser. Like most small batch distilleries we have made the pivot to Hand Sanitiser supply to pay the rent. Normally we would be out and about supporting the autumn food and wine festivals, in particular catching up with the distillery locals at Cork and Fork. Buffalo Vale Distillery Celebrates its First birthday!
In what was just another day in the lab making Gin, the Buffalo Vale Distillery team celebrated its first birthday on the 27th of March with a very small cupcake and some Gin QC. Thanks to everyone that has supported us in the last 12 months, to help make this crazy idea, less crazy and giving us an opportunity to talk about something other than what we did at work today. Thanks also to Katrina and Calli, for their support and hard work. I am sure if the fringe benefit wasn't Gin, we would not have got this far. ...
Wahroonga Food and Wine Festival
The Buffalo Vale Distillery team are excited to be participating in the Wahroonga Food and Wine Festival, in Wahroonga Park on Sunday 28th October, 2018 from 10:30am to 5:00pm.
We will have on tasting our Clair De Lune Gin, which will be featured - straight up, on Capi Dry Tonic, on Soda, and as a Negroni.
We will have for sale on the day bottles of Clair De Lune at a special Wahroonga festival price and also our infamous Gin Buckets.
