Each bottle of our batch-distilled dark rum is fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site at our family distillery in Rhodes.

Matured for 3 years in heavy char new American oak Kilderkins, Tank 'Streme is a staunch, bold and rich dark Sydney rum with many of the characteristics of Caribbean and Far-Eastern rum.

Toasted with oak and the spice of pure Queensland blackstrap molasses are the taste of mouth-watering caramel, raisin and caraway notes on the centre palate, finishing with white pepper and sugarcane aromas.
